When booking an appointment with me, selecting with your expression comes first. I use a 3 art-tier system and from there you will add on length, nail type (natural or other) and any removal service needed.

𝔹𝕠𝕠𝕜𝕚𝕟𝕘 ℙ𝕠𝕝𝕚𝕔𝕚𝕖𝕤

• Cancellations/rescheduling must be done 48 hours before your appointment. 

•   If you are feeling sick, have any flu-like symptoms, or have been exposed to COVID-19, DO NOT book or please cancel/reschedule all existing appointments. 

𝕐𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝔸𝕡𝕡𝕠𝕚𝕟𝕥𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕥

• I suggest arriving 5 min prior to your appointment to find parking, the location and give yourself a moment to settle in so that the manicure starts exactly at the appointment time

• $15 late fee will be charged for appointments that start 15minutes late. 30 minutes late will be considered a cancelled appointment. 

• Prior to booking, if your nails are not bare, please be prepared to send me a photo of your current nails so that I can assess any prep that you might need during your appointment

• Any discomfort should be addressed during service! Honesty is welcome!

• If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let me know during your appointment so that we can address any changes. 

• If any nail pop-offs occur within 7 days of your appointment, I'm happy to service the issue for free during that same week. 

𝔸 ℕ𝕠𝕥𝕖 𝕒𝕓𝕠𝕦𝕥 𝕥𝕙𝕖 ℂ𝕝𝕒𝕨 𝕊𝕥𝕦𝕕𝕚𝕠:

• I work from my home studio in El Sereno, so my address will be sent to you 24 hours before your appointment. 

•   There are cats on the premises, but not in the studio. If you are allergic, please let me know.

•   The studio has limited space, so please NO extra guests unless they have booked their own appointment.
